The cable
It's simply a cheap adapter and plug, 5mins to assemble :-)
Almost all Android phones or tablets with USB-C will work, it needs to support On-The-Go (OTG) also known as USB Host mode support.
CANable CAN-BUS to USB adapter Approx US$15 and can be found on sites such as AliExpress, Amazon, eBay. Search for CANable 2.0.
EURO5 6pin plug
Approx US$3 and can be found prewired in places such as AliExpress, Amazon or eBay. Search for MWTPB-06-1A-R
Simply connect CAN-H, CAN-L and Ground wires to the CANable by simply stripping the ends of those wires and using a small screwdriver on the adapter terminals. Don't let the other three wires shortout, either put heatshrink over the end of each of the unused wires or cut them at different lengths and wrap with electrical tape.

Note: Both have heatshrink on the unused wires and then wrapped in cable harness tape for neatness.
